Teen Leaders
$0.00
Under the supervision of an adult advisor, Teen Leaders engage in work experience, determine their own program goals and work together to meet those goals. Students gain public speaking/presentation experience, evaluate program success, make recommendations for improvement. On completion of the term, students fill out leadership self-assessments and have one-on-one interviews with their leadership coach who guides them in a reflection on how to continue to develop their skills.
